We loved the common areas like the living room, kitchen, studio and bathroom. Everything was clean and very well equipped. We can tell we have stayed with one of the most welcoming hosts and as we are tourists we received some good recommendations. There are signs around the whole area that keep everything in order. We had a lot of stuff that could easily fit in our room 5.

I had an excellent stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless throughout, and the attention to cleanliness was truly impressive. I also felt very safe at all times. The location was also excellent; very convenient, with easy access to stores and the MBTA (T). A special highlight was the host’s kindness and hospitality; they went above and beyond by baking a fresh cake every week for guests, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

When we arrived the front of the property seemed to be in a disarray and we had rats running around the front garden as we were wheeling in our cases. Once in our rooms we found sticky mouse traps with bugs stuck to them. It felt very unclean. We didn’t feel comfortable even staying the night despite us arriving at 10pm after a 8hr flight. When trying to leave the property we were bombarded with questions by the host who seemed very passive aggressive shoving a phone to our faces to explain why we were leaving. We tried to be as nice as possible about the situation as we just wanted to get out as quick as we could.

The room was quiet, the manager was very nice.

I wasn't able to work remotely because of an incompatibility between Forticlient and the internet service used by the rental property. The desk located in the room was a little beat up.
