No Lift, get ready to lift all your bags to 3rd floor No AC to cool the house, during day you sweat No Fan to spend the night atleast in this heat No Washing machine No Towels (napkin towels) No proper beds Water heater stopped after 5 mins usage, then took bath with extremely cold water Shower spray broken, couldn’t take bath properly No Toiletries, only hand wash Wash Basin was clogged, water couldn’t go down and started smelling No curtain in bathroom during shower, all water spilled out and becomes a swimming pool No trash area, you have to take trash along with you and throw it somewhere outside on road WORST COMMUNICATION - doesn’t reply to any of your urgent requirement as listed above. Until the owner shows up next day. Extremely rude host, when I said I had a bad experience, in return she said that she had bad experience with me too. Seriously? It’s me who struggled all night with no response from you and I was a trouble for you? Highly not recommended. Please don’t waste your money. I wouldn’t write these details if so called owner would had just apologized to me for once for not replying. But people have to know what they will face if they book your apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Despite some initial misunderstandings, he went out of his way to assist us and ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The penthouse itself was immaculate, with every room spotlessly clean. We are extremely grateful for the host's kindness and assistance. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Cozy penthouse, nice furniture, soft mastress , beds and kitchen facilities. 👌

My family and I were coming from another stay in the same area, where we paid triple the price of this apartment. Here, on the other hand, we finally feel very well. The attic is cozy. Some typical restaurant near the apartment. Simple but nice furnishing, but the kitchen looks to be brand new and of an excellent standard. Comfortable, clean and definitely affordable at this price for a group of people. My family and I recommend it to anyone who doesn't intend to pay the absurd price of 500 euros for one night, which is the average one of any other good standard apartments in Bellagio.
