Laxmi (phone) and Mukesh (reception) were exceptionally good at listening and acknowledging our questions and requests. Vaishanavi (reception) was pleasant abd helpful. Rajesh (tours) was exceptionally efficient, calm, and honest. The staff in housekeeping and security were discreet, thoughtful, warm and welcoming. Just good people. Some restaurant staff were listening and acting efficiently.

The difficult loading and offloading from transportation vehicles, the harassment from the “auto” drivers, the noise levels on floor from other rooms, the low quality food and attention to details in restaurant.

The reception staff (Mukesh, Vaishnavi) were very friendly, accommodating and helpful in all matters. The housekeeping staff were highly efficient, warm, and thoughtful. Security gentleman was polite and helpful. Very thoughtful in arranging for auto drivers.

Tight rooms, no sound insulation, bathroom shower water flowing all over bathroom, light controls spread all over room with no signs to indicate which light, loud guests not being managed, difficult and unsafe loading and unloading of passengers and bags- slope drain and main road loading - this is highly unsafe and not professionally handled. Highly limited information on dining places and transportation options. Restaurant at hotel is mot recommended although some staff were very nice; others were with no smiles, late service and not listening to understand what was requested and low quality food.

Had a lift for my elderly mum. Accommodated extra bed for no extra price. Great breakfast and restaurant also good for evening meals. Also has tour service which is pretty good.

The guard/ bellboy was extremely helpful

Very noisy hotel, with banging and loud noises coming from the kitchen almost all night. Front desk staff was also unhelpful and felt like trying to charge extra money at all possible locations.

Neat and simple . They know the needs of a guest very well .
