Location was great and the food was really good. The staff were very polite and helpful.

It was noisy and we changed rooms. No one informed us before we arrived about the building work which went on late into the evening. Also other guests were not very respectful of the time and banged doors and were noisy late into the night.

Location is the only saving grace, it is relatively close to the river.

Very poor cleanlieness. AC didn't work. Very noisy with no efforts to reduce noise from outside or guests. Bathroom smelt very strongly of raw sewage. Staff are incompetent, systems are non existant. Failed to book airport taxi for 0400 despite two days notice and two reminders leading up to the event. Attempted to not refund me for this, was only saved by a couple who had to wait 45 minutes for their taxi because they also didn't book this. Attempted to charge me twice for the hotel room, denying that I had paid by bank transfer.

Fantastic and helpful workers, fast and kind. The position and the area were perfect too.

too much sound in the rooms close to the main road and also the sound of the people that leave the doors open. Also they mixed a bit the count of laundry but all went well at the end.

Staff was helpful

The room and washroom were not cleaned when we checked in. The ventilator in the bathroom did not work. Housekeeping did not clean the room next day - we had to ask them to clean it. The room was just too expensive for the condition in which it was and the services provided to us.

The overall customer service is excellent but the front desk and restaurant was consistently on top of their service delivery. The breakfast was good and given enough to choose from, at least some options was there for non-Indians. The overall hotel cleanliness is moderate given it is undergoing construction.

The cleanliness has a room for improvement specifically with in the room. Also, the room do not come with hair drier, but arranged one upon request. However, shouldn't call and wake up very early morning for this!
