Good price. Easy to use Heating. Little touches like milk and snacks added to room was good. Easy to get into the apartment with excellent communication from host.

Stairs to get to bedroom was difficult to navigate with a suitcase WiFi signal kept dropping out when watching TV via tablet No parking for large vehicle (van) No extra pillow or quilt

When we arrived they said that someone lives in the apartment already but he’s a really nice guy, but they didn’t let me know before because I wouldn’t have come if I knew the apartment wouldn’t be just for ourselves. Also the location was really bad there wasn’t really anything to do there and the shops were closing really early.

The room was very clean and the host put some foods ready for dinner and breakfast. It was the sign that host wanted to make the stay comfortable for the guests.

1.The host was ready to help but could not communicate in English. Therefore, the communication was not easy and I had to translate all the texts.. Even the check in instructions were only in Italian available. 2. The parking was closed between 23 to 5 AM. That's why we couldn't use it and had to park in the public area due to our early flight. 3. The photos were not clear and transparent. The room was very small and setteled for two children with two bunk beds with a very uncomfortable and tiny stairs to go to the top. A normal adult with 70kg and 170 cm height couldn't go to the second floor and can't sleep easily on those beds. Also the loggages and backpacks couldn't carried to the second floor and we had to leave our things in the first floor which was shared kitchen.

A nice apartment, well equipped kitchen. Even if it has a shared bathroom, there are only 2 rooms, so it was no problem. Location convenient vs. bus and train, very close to Bergamo. Coffee machine and a few capsules also helps. A very discreet host and super easy key collection from a box on the door.

The stairs leading to the rooms are very narrow, big fellows may have a problem to climb up. There was also a problem with hot water but the host tried to fix it immediately.

We had kid, so we needed a stove and we booked it because of this reason. But it wasn't. In the shower space had sands

The Owner is very nice , we are arrive very late because the flight delay . He also helped to arrange the taxi

It was just very small for us . We have 4 adults and 3 kids
