The guy was on a ship and didnt answer his phone when I was outside the door for an hour. Upset with me when I was trying to get into the room.

Pretty much everything. Changed the checkout times, didnt respond when I had issues.

Our arrival was an absolute disaster from start to finish. After a late-night flight, we were met with no taxis in sight, only overpriced van services. We had to take a bus to Bergamo and then spent ages trying to find a taxi, which, after much difficulty, dropped us off at the wrong address. Let this be a clear warning: this apartment is in Seriate, NOT in Bergamo — make sure to repeat this multiple times to avoid ending up lost like we did. The host before our arrival was quite friendly excepting not to charge late check in. Unfortunately, he showed a complete lack of empathy or support dring the night of our arrival. Communication from his side was only in Italian, which added to the stress, especially considering we were stranded in a foreign city, in the middle of the night, 5 kilometers away from the actual apartment. We even sent the host our location and politely asked him to call a taxi for us and explain where to bring us. His response? Sending us a business card of a taxi service and at one point asking, “Are we going to text all night?”—a completely inappropriate and unhelpful reply in such a stressful situation. In the end, a kind stranger we met on the street called a taxi for us, waited with us, and made sure the driver knew where to take us. Without him, we might not have made it. As for the accommodation itself: it looked much nicer in the photos than in person. Cleanliness was average, and the bed linen could definitely be improved. The one bright spot was the kitchen, which was well-equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best part of our trip? The city. Bergamo is absolutely beautiful, and we would gladly return—but definitely to a different place to stay.

It was close to airport by taxi.

1. The owner did not answer the call while i was constantly tried to call him. It was late night and i was with small kids. No clear instructions to enter the apartment. 2. The entrance to the apartment was in dark and confusing. 3. The apartment is on main street which means its very noisy. The noise insulation is very bad. I was not able to sleep. 4. The stairs for bedrooms are very small and dangerous. 5. The apartment was very dirty. In the living room, couch was full of dog or may be cat hairs. The bathroom tub was not cleaned. 6. The apartment is very old and needs big renovation. 7. The owner already insisted to tell him about checkout time while we already knew that it is 10am.

It is very close to the bus stations and the train. My room was spacious and comfortable, in the morning from the small balcony I could see the sunrise :) The host left snacks, pasta, water, coffee, tea..... which was very convenient for back pack traveler like me.

I didn't like the stairs :) The bathroom and the bedroom were on different floors which wasn't a big problem for me but for many people could be because the stairs are not very comfortable. Have in mind Cristiano doesn't speak any English but Google translate helped.

I liked some leaved snacks it was sweet, and cleaning room.

The beds were too small and with house keeper is problem, he’s can’t communicate in English and was telling that I stole the towels when I ckecked out, just because they didn’t finded on the room…
