Location is great. Staffs were nice and helpful.

Basic amenities (like tea bags) of a 3 star rated hotel were missing. Parking is congested. If you have parked first then you might need assistance from other residing people or security staff to remove the vehicles behind your car. Air conditioner in some rooms are drawing unpleasant air from the next room's toilet extractor fan, as they are adjacent in many rooms.
