Alot of things weren't functional in the room or they were faulty. Bedside sockets weren't functional, shower faucet was faulty, heater wasn't all that. There was only a main light and no side lights for a dim look

The location was a plus for me and the staff were very polite and professional.

The room door lock should be checked and upgraded. The heater in the room wasn’t working.

Didn't know there was a central switch for the water heater. Had cold shower the first 2 days.

The staff were friendly. The two ladies at the reception were very professional. Also, the young lady that runs the restaurant is very respectful

The first room I was offered wasn’t suitable because the toilet was not flushing properly, but the staff were quick to move me to another room

Quiet surroundings, facilities were in good condition, daily housekeeping and overall good service

Wasn't exactly smoke-free to put it mildly, limited food options

There was no breakfast for the period I stayed. I liked the room, toilet Bathroom very neat.

I did not enjoy the TV, it was going on and off, there was no TV and Ac remote, I had to stand up from time to time to put these appliances on and it was not convenient.
