The place is very quiet and also nice please

The customer service is fantastic, the rooms are clean, there was light all through.

I love the facility, the staff were good, good location but the water heater wasn’t working. Generally it worth the money and I enjoyed my stay

The kettle for warm water is not working and also the television could not be turned on and water Heater wasn’t working

Nothing at all

Everything. The was small, no towel was provided, I woke in the middle of the night to meet the room flooded by the water from the AC, I called reception to tell them but nothing was done or even came to check the bad situation so I had to check out before 8am. They have no food in the hotel and were directing me somewhere to buy food. Avoid these hotels if possible. It does not whom even the 3 star. The security at the gate was so focused on his phone that I had to open the gate myself to go find where to eat in a place I had never been

As an Irish resident, I enjoyed the Irish county named rooms and photographs. Would encourage owners to depict more pictures and info from the country in its public spaces to reinforce the Celtic theme. Friendly and helpful staff. Room service food; ideal location for Benin airport. Good value for money.

Confusion and delay in check in as booking couldn’t be found at firstly. Restricted payment options. International credit cards not accepted.
