1. Cleanliness - really clean and orderly. sufficient cleaning tools. 2. Cooking - many items provided, which is excellent and I've enjoyed daily cooking and there's a dish washer. 3. House is perfect for long stay [almost a week] for us. We loved the location as we went Remarkables to ski for a few days and didn't encounter much traffic jam. The ski shed is a wonderful thing for us!

House was on the colder side, we are not used to the cold temperature indoors [coming from a tropical climate] and tried using the A/C unit with heating, heating blankets, but heating is lacking in the bathroom, very cold in the morning and after taking a shower. Understand from the host that ventilation in the bathroom is linked to the light switch to ensure people uses the ventilation often, but it also sucks out the warmed air quickly and makes the bathroom [and the bedroom] cold. The house can be better and we would definitely return if improved heating!

Super comfortable and cosy house with everything we needed. Located in a very new housing development just outside town. (It is so new that the road didn’t exist in our car satnav!) Easy access by car to local shops, a big shopping centre, downtown Queenstown and - most importantly! - the ski fields. You can see the access road up to The Remarkables from the house

Nothing - it was perfect for our family ski trip

Quiet suburb, far from the crowds and noise of Queenstown town, easy driving and parking. Close to shops and supermarkets. Very clean and well thermal isolated. All facilities provided and fully functioning. We haven't seen the host, but they were replying promptly to all our messages and we had an emergency number as well.

A light outside the house for accessing when dark would have been nice, but it's a very minor detail. We had few hours of Internet outage one night, but our understanding there was some maintenance work from the supplier.

Rebecca was a saving angel for us as our original booked accommodation in Queenstown was cancelled at the last moment for no apparent reason and all other places we tried were either greatly expensive or fully booked for those dates. Once we landed with Rebecca all was good.

Excellent flat, facilities and appliances outstanding. Great to have a dishwasher and clothes washing machine,

Property feels a bit hemmed in by the neighbours with no fence between and a slight lack of privacy.
