Le personnel de l'hôtel était désagréable, il ne voulait pas écouter et ne répondait pas à nos demandes. Nous étions cinq dans une chambre pour cinq personnes, ce qui signifie qu'il aurait dû y avoir cinq serviettes de bain et deux serviettes de toilette, mais il n'y avait que deux serviettes de bain pour cinq personnes. Ils nous ont donné les serviettes après une demi-journée... C'était trop tard. La chambre était trop sale, tant le sol que la salle de bain. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel. Das Hotelpersonal war unhöflich, sie wollten nichts hören und gaben dir nicht, was du wolltest. Wir waren zu fünft, ein Zimmer für fünf Personen, das heißt, man braucht fünf Badetücher und zwei Handtücher für das Waschbecken, aber sie hatten nur zwei Badetücher für fünf Personen. Sie gaben uns die Handtücher nach einem halben Tag. Das war zu spät. Das Zimmer war zu schmutzig, der Boden und das Badezimmer. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. The hotel staff were rude, they didn't want to listen and didn't give us what we wanted. There were five of us, in a room for five, which means you should have five bath towels and minimum two hand towels, but they only had two bath towels for five people. They gave us the towels after half a day... It was too late. The room was too dirty, both the floor and the bathroom. I would not recommend it at all.
