I don’t like that the fly everywhere

Just location.

This hotel must not offer guests laundry services. They lost my t-shirts and I asked reimbursement at least. But they just repeatedly "sorry" and they told me it was not their fault. Hey. What the hell is that word? It is totally your fault because you have to control your laundry man. You are not eligible for offering guests laundry service. Also the rooms and sheets was so dirty. no towels in the room and out of order aircons. In addition there was no people can speak English except the security man. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to see the blatant and irresponsible Tunisians. Give my t-shirts back, these villains! That is not a cheapie.

Bedbugs in the room bit us. It was impossible to sleep. There was no hot water all the time, only morning and in the evening.They offered us to pay for breakfastalthought we booked with breakfast. Wifi very low signal, slow.

The noisy street..no elevator

The room was not clean at all. I literally found a cigarette in the toilet (like inside the toilet chair and it was swimming on water)!!! The hair was everywhere: on the floor, on the bed sheets, desk, and even the sink! I wasn’t comfortable staying in the room. Never again.

The breakfast is served in a tipycal cafè and is very good.

Our room at the 4th floor was in restoration yet. There was no door in the toilet (so no privacy) and the balcony was full of materials and waste (and also shit). The lift doesn’t work well but nobody tell us.
