"It was poor service at this hotel, and it was just scammed money"

Not thing at all

the property, it is very old property and very poor quality of customer service, I have been waiting long time because I have booked two rooms and the reception man said I booked one bedroom, and they did not help me with this problem, unfortunately they scammed me .

A/C much appreciated. Lovely staff always willing to help, friendly and giving advice to navigate the city. Very central location Spacious room and clean bathroom Lovely and substantial breakfast included in the cafeteria next door.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff It is not a smoke free environment but just like most places in Tunisia.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Upgrade the room to me.

WiFi can’t cover in the room. Many mosquitoes in the night. Really noisy from the early morning from reception. I can’t sleep well. So I left after one night.
