A gentileza dos funcionários é, sem dúvida, o ponto alto. Hotel muito bem localizado. Ótima piscina. Bom café da manhã.

Desayuno, malo poca fruta, cafe no habia gtuvimos que esperar harto, y no hay meson pra uno seleecionar lo que quiere

Toallas pésimas, parecián lijas, closet sucio, y ropa del closet sucia, cortinas a punto de caerse, muros con humedad

Great stay to visit Pamukkale! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and freshly prepared, the pool and patio looked really nice, and overall we had a great stay!
