The place was very nice, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We got a room looking at Pamukkale Travertine and in the morning around 7:00. we were surprised to see a lot of air balloons going up in the air! Only the bathroom is a bit outdated, need some painting, repairs, flash in the toilet got broken the next day.

The man in charge of the hotel Josh was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast we had was the best breakfast we had in a long time

Woke up and looked at the window to see hot air balloons sailing overhead. What a treat. Great location and a perfect breakfast to start the day

The location to restaurants, the Travertine pools and the town has excellent. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was superb. The pool is a wonderful oasis to come back to for the heat of the day.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the Pamukkale site, which makes it very convenient for visiting. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

A little more attention to cleanliness in the room would have made the stay perfect, but it was not a major issue
