Ac was not working at all

Nothing, my experience was so bad, i should apply for refund .

First of all when i entered the property, they made me wait for an hour to check-in and even after that they didn’t even hand over the room’s keys, further when i saw the room it was so dirty— like the floor was covered with black stuff in spots and they didn’t even clean the room properly there were garbage everywhere on the floor, the washroom very dirty and smelling so bad, other than that the mattress quality was terrible and not comfortable at all, even the tv was not working . I requested the staff was water and towels to be delivered in my room but they didn’t deliver it. My experience has been terrible and not recommend this place to anyone, i am applying for refund cause it was waste of my money.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the city.

Most of all, the service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. My stay was awesome.

Room facilities & location was perfect. Its a best budget hotel in Chattarpur area of Delhi. Just 3km from Chattarpur Matro station. Stay was good.

Nothing...pathetic service. It's like picnic spot for unmarried couple who just want to spend 2-3 hours and enjoy. Hope you all understand. How can a hotel provide room to couple (unmarried and mostly students). We are the only foolish married couple, it's look like ran#₹khana.

Review: Worst Experience Ever — Stay Away! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Initially, they gave us Room 206 on the 2nd floor, which was in a pathetic condition — dirty bedsheets, a stinking room filled with filth, and an overall unhygienic environment. After complaining, they "upgraded" us to Room 306 on the 3rd floor, but sadly, it wasn't much better. The room had no windows, the TV didn’t work, there was no remote, no glasses or basic amenities provided. The whole place felt suffocating and extremely poorly maintained. On top of that, the location is bad, isolated, and unaerated. This stay completely ruined our mood and our staycation plans. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this place — it’s not worth your money or your peace of mind. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We just stay for 3 hrs only (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm) as ek pal bhi rhna mushkil tha. Hope you all can understand.
