The room was dirty, bedsheets had stains, there was gunk and dust on every surface No dustbin, no towels, no hot water, no windows Very poor maintenance and care...

Aesthetics and space is nice. I must say that you don't feel like you are in any hotel but a luxury 5 star hotel. Bed mattress is soft and of good quality. Packed water bottle is available. Also they come to attend you late night if you need something.
