Tulsayab luxury development

Nous avons passé 5jours/4 nuits dans un appartement doté de 2 chambres au premier étage. Appartement un peu isolé et donc au calme. Très bien équipé pour se faire de bons petits plats. La situation est idéale pour ceux qui aiment le calme et le repos. La piscine est chouette et nous a permis un petit rituel de rinçage après chaque bain en mer ! Petits animaux en tout genre dans le jardin : agoutis, chat, iguane, Koatis,écureuils, colibris, pélicans,… Bref c’était le top pour nous qui avions vraiment besoin d’une pause ressourçante.

Peut-être les chaises de la salle à manger qui sont trop basse par rapport à la table.

Exceptional place. The host is very friendly and helpful, they are there 24/7 which makes your stay safe. Bed to beach distance is like 30m with plenty of facilities like sunbeds, pool, even lifevest and swimming googles. Beautiful views, sunset, NOBODY in the vicinity. In the house you have unlimited bottled water, fruits, coffee and everything you need. The house is older but very well maintained and clean. There are even wild, friendly animals which are not dangerous and don't cause any problems. And you can take a shower looking at part of the jungle, which is just behind the window.

The route to the house is like 15min from the main road and 10min is driving thru a very bumpy part.

An amazing place to stay and truly unwind. Peaceful, calm, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend.

Nous avions le grand appartement dernier étage avec petit jacuzzi la vue est exceptionnelle,la grandeur du logement incroyable avec baie vitrée tout le long , la vue sur la mer et la forêt à l’arrière…la nourriture la bonbonne d’eau offert ….., la place de parking privée pour chaque logement incroyable…la grande piscine …le petit accès pour se baigner à la mer …a 20mn de tulum au calme …le chemin est largement praticable en voiture

The apartment and the access to swimming pool, beach and bay

It is not very pleasant to walk around and not a lot of places to go walking distance. But it is not fault of the property but the general area

Loved the location and being in a quiet area. We’re a family with 2 kids under 10 and they loved the wildlife; we had visits from small furry animals and big geckos. The beds were super comfy with nice soft linen. We loved the kayaks provided which we could paddle out to sea in, the kids were able to row themselves which was fun. We could snorkel and the sea was very calm compared to the main beaches in Tulum. Enrique was great and having him on hand was really useful.

A few more kitchen items would have been useful. There was no oven and we didn’t notice until after we’d bought food to cook in it!

Tout simplement, tout est parfait. La vue depuis l’appartement que nous occupions au dernier étage, la plage ainsi que la piscine privée, la propreté des locaux, l’attention d’une corbeille de fruit et du café lors de notre arrivée. Un endroit juste parfait pour se reposer et déconnecter.

Le chemin pour arriver à l’établissement est vraiment cabossé, mais possible avec une petite voiture en faisant attention (bien que cela n’est pas de rapport direct avec l’hébergement). Également, prévoir de la nourriture en amont car le supermarché le plus proche que nous avons trouvé est à 20 min (distance jusqu’au centre de Tulum).
