La route pour y accéder. Nous le savions mais il faut vraiment faire attention et ne pas venir avec une voiture trop basse. Des cailloux pour la mer mais ça garantit la tranquillité

We spent 2 nights in a top floor apartment, which has a stunning view onto the sea on one side and onto woodland on the other where far away the coast turns inland again. There is a huge roof top terrace with a small pool to sit in, which we did not use since we used the large one in the garden. There are deck chairs on the terrace and side of the pool and also few meters further at the rocky shore. There is a small stoney inlet into the sea, which we used going snorkeling. The bay is protected by a reef, good for swimming. We did not see much when snorkeling, so did not try a second time. The apartment itself is great, not just for the view. 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet, a large bed, a sofabed, nice kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer, coffe machine, microwave, toaster (iron board, iron, hairdryer, clothes horse). You have aircon, fans and windows with moscitonets as choice. At night it is quite, we slept very well. The couple who let us in and helped with the luggage was very nice. We had a rented car that was SUV which was good for the quite bumpy road, however there are othe cars who did the road also and there are plans to improve the road once more.. We had a really good time!

The property is beautiful. Excellent staff, especially Enrique. Unexpected wildlife was awesome. We'll be back with family.

Rough and remote road, I'm glad I rented a car. It would be 1400 pesos one way to get into town otherwise.

We loved the privacy, the spacious and clean apartment, and especially the beautiful views from the top floor at Tulsayab! The caretakers, Enrique and Carmen, were so pleasant and friendly and they kept the unit and grounds very clean! I also enjoyed the fresh fruit they provided and even used the blender to make a delicious tropical licuado. I liked the special touches here, like the handmade table runner and hand painted.signs. I did enjoy snorkeling out in the bay and swimming in the infinity pool but the best part were the amazing sunsets (and the serene mornings) from the private pool on our spacious patio!!!! Will definitely highly recommend and will be working hard to be able to come back to this little piece of paradise!

I didn't like the drive coming in too much. When we left I timed our drive from the parking space to the highway...20 minutes. If we rented an SUV we probably could have went a bit faster but there were some sections with lots of large potholes that made it tough. But once we arrived, we didn't want to leave!

The apartment is located right on the shore, which is great. The rooms are big, clean and well-lit, kitchen is fully equipped. Complimentary kayaks and snorkeling equipment are a nice touch.

The last 3km leading to Tankah Bay is a dirt road with lots of potholes - nothing a regular car cannot manage, but that spoils the overall impression.

It was well kept and comfortable

The feel of the apartment and space provided. The pool and grounds were very well kept.
