Tulsayab luxury development

The property was incredibly clean, quiet, and had lots of different spots for lounging.

We liked everything about the property.

Amazing facility, away from busy Tulum.

The location was amazing if you want peace and serenity and the most beautiful view of the beach from your own private access.

The room could have been cleaner. The power went out on my 3rd night and I woke up sweating really bad. Also ants were in the kitchen area so I didn’t want to utilize that space.

The apartment, location, and service were amazing. The main photograph doesn't do it justice because it isn't taken in the sun. We had three balconies and a sea view, and we could sunbathe by the pool or on the private beach. There are canoes and snorkeling equipment to use free of charge, hammocks, a little shop a short walk away, and even Casa Cenotes a ten or fifteen minute walk. We messaged for help when we dropped a bracelet on the balcony between the panels and they were with us within 5 minutes and got it back.

Nothing about the development. We were unsure about the location before we got there because it looks remote, but there's restaurants within walking distance, and a security point as you leave the main road. We ended up wishing we stayed longer. As has been mentioned, the drive to it is very bumpy, but that's normal for the area due to conservation. Having a car would give you flexibility.

Spacious apartment, fully equipped, nice gardens around the pool, access to the sea with shallow waters, ideal with kids. Snorkelling equipment and kayak at disposal although one was broken.

Beach is rocky, the bay is lovely but has quite a few high rise buildings and more in constructions.

Beautiful calm bay. Gorgeous views from penthouse with large deck.

The provided watercraft could be upgraded- but a minor issue.

Spacious clean and well equipped apartment in a beautiful location at the beach. We loved the water sport equipment to explore the bay. Would definitely stay there again.

It was so peaceful, not a lot of tourists. Or people around.

We wish it would have been closer to a grocery store, we were prepared and had pre ordered grocery delivery. The knifes were terrible, a good way to get cut, super dull.

The apartment is beautiful, the terrace a pleasure, the location pure bliss. We got plenty of fruit on our arrival and the little pool is really a nice to have for the evenings

The apartment is very bright, which is good in general, but a problem for sleeping longer. Also, some details could be further improved, like curtains that tend to suffer from humidity. The street leading to the apartment gets really difficult when it rains a lot. In a positive note, action was taken immediately to solve the issue

Fantastic location. Quiet. Private. Peaceful. Enrique was a great host.

Maybe a bit more attention to detail in terms of painting and maintenance.
