The road to get to the property is Horrible. The beach is Rocky. The apt is not so modern. Bats all over at night outside. If you want To be in Tulum I wouldn’t stay here.

We keep coming back because it is so peaceful. Amazing snorkeling right out front, no sargassum amazing sunset. It is hard to beat!

The road in was horrible this time it is a dirt road but this time because of the heavy rains it was really bad. If you didn’t have an SUV it would have been almost impossible to drive it

Great ocean view. Drinking water provided. Lots of information provided for services and activities. Great staff.
