free wifi (caveat AV software flagged wifi as unsecured). no other plus points for this property unfortunately

it's difficult to choose the headlines for how bad this property so I'll just list the points: * no reception * no contact with any staff * family of 4 provided 2 toilet paper rolls by property for 3 nights * no breakfast * no other dining options * no eating in the room * no fridge in the room * beds had significant woodworm damage * strong unpleasant odour in the room * no potable water in the room * both taps in the sink ran hot * shower temperature control was inverted (red for cold, blue for hot) * sign directing guests to close bathroom door during shower in case the shower set off the fire alarm (?!) * bathroom door didn't close * wardrobe had no door handles * ludicrously expensive at 200€ per night

The room and house were very warm , clean and very comfortable, convient check in and check out

Room as very clean

Very bad condensation on the window. Room was absolutely freezing when we got there. Bed very uncomfortable. Toilet very clean but overhead towel rail was in a bad position my husband hit his head when using the toilet. We were booked in for 2 nights but when we saw the state of the window in the morning with water running down it we packed our bags and left at 8 o'clock am
