I asked for a specific request upon arrival and it wasn’t only met but exceeded expectations. Great work and super nice staff! 10/10 recommend!

The host responded quickly to all our questions, making the whole process smooth and worry-free

The hotel was walking distant to the US embassy. We also get to check in early which was a plus.

No wifi. Owner said she would supply a new modem but did not do so.

There were cockroaches and small insects all over the room when we arrived. I person managing the room to cancel my booking and didn’t proceed to check in and they confirmed on call, however, they still charged me for the room I didn’t stay in for at all. The property has many rooms managed by different people, however overall maintenance in the hallways looked very poor and my refund was not handled at all despite promised. I do not recommend booking here.

Impossible de contacter l hote : le téléphone n est pas attribué et aucune reponse aux emails. Cela dit, l enregistrement se fait avec le concierge de l immeuble qui avait bien ma resa. Grosse galère de laisser ses bagages si on arrive avant 14h. Apres nego, le concierge a bien voulu me garder un sac et il a réussi à joindre qqn pour qu'on pose les 2 sacs au bout d une heure. Prévoir 2000 pesos en espèces pour le deposit Cuisine tres sommaire : uniquement frigo et plaques. Une bouilloire mais il faut avoir un adaptateur car elle ne se branche sur aucune prise de l appart. Pas de thé, café ou eau a dispo mais nombreux cafés et supermarket au pied de l immeuble.
