Lleno de Cucarachas, ducha no tragaba agua , no hay papel Wc, el dispensador jabón estaba roto, por el precio que cuesta desde luego una decepción Tuvimos que comprar mata insectos y otros productos para eliminar más de 60 Cucarachas en 3 días Nos cobraron 500 pho x entrar un poco antes de la Hora y no contestan los mensajes… Hemos viajado por filipinas y sudeste asiático en muchas ocasiones y es la primera vez que nos vamos con esta sensación de que no importamos Hay que dejar una fianza de 2000 pho que tardan luego más de 30 minutos en su devolución

The pool and gym facilities were excellent — not too crowded and always clean. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Manila.

Miss informed and different type of dirty one room accommodation with cockroach in kettle and rubbish in cupboard! A cash deposit of php2k was demanded even though the condition of room was unacceptable! On complaining no other alternative was given and they were reluctant to return the php2k cash. We stayed in reception until they paid it back and we left upset and found alternative nearby accommodation.

Everything was fine, the only thing we don’t like was it doesn’t have bidet. But all in all, our stay was great.

Near the airport. Convenient for transit. All clean, except for the shower. Needs to work on it.
