Great location and accommodations were perfect. The Owner/Operator, Simone was awesome and his staff Denise were very kind. The room was perfectly located with an awesome view.

The bedroom was very cozy abs the staff was great.

The bed headboard was a little dusty and it gave us a little bit of allergy.

The best location in Montalcino. In a beautiful picturesque street with many restaurants and trattorias. Above a very beautiful wine store. The people are super friendly and help you in any which way they can.

Affittacamere situato in posizione centrale. Le camere hanno la vista sulla fortezza di Montalcino, molto suggestiva. Risultano pulite e silenziose. La proprietà è stata cortese e gentile. Buona scelta di vini nel negozio a lato dell'ingresso del b and b appartenente agli stessi proprietari.

Anche se non è un b and b, ma un affittacamere, includere la colazione lo renderebbe ancora più competitivo rispetto ad altre strutture presenti nel paese. La soluzione ideale, vista la mancanza di una sala dedicata, sarebbe convenzionarsi con un bar/caffè vicino la struttura e offrire agli ospiti una tariffa agevolata con un piccolo aumento del prezzo in sede di prenotazione.
