Absolutely amazing apart hotel! Just few step from Khreshatyk, super comfortable location. I stayed here almost 2 weeks and I feel here like at home! You will have here everything what you need for a comfort stay. Apartment was exactly like on photo—I stayed in a place with gorgeous purple bed, and it was veeeery comfortable bed! Highly recommended!

Wi-Fi жахливий, якщо кімната не знаходиться поруч зі стійкою реєстрації. Ліжко скрипіло і голосно скрипіло з кожним рухом, неодноразово будячи мене - я в кінцевому підсумку купив беруші, щоб спати на другу ніч. Красиві фотографії не збігалися з кімнатою.

Location was great. Room looked like in the picture, but we had the most expensive room available, so maybe thats why.

We had to ask twice for more toiletpaper, since there was only one roll to begin with. Blonde receptionist was nice, but please get rid of the cleaning lady (or whatever she thought she was) with the really short, black hair. She made the stay the worst. For the bombing on the city from the 1.-2. June 2026, wo took the synthetic soft fur blanket down to the subway to spend the night. The next morning we were denied a second (normal!) blanket for the bed, so we could sleep in comfort, because we took that other small blanket into the subway station. A second blanket would also cost 450UAH. Same as we asked to get the sheets changed (which is normal at least every two days?) we had to argue why we want this and that its not normal. Arguing over arguing. Overall: this lady made the trip for the both of us pretty stressful and annoying. Felt like being in a boarding school instead of a hotel. And as long as she works there, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location, everything close to go. Staffs are great and helpful, you can leave your bags until you need to pick up, convenient mini-kitchen and good mattresses/pillows. All clean

No disposal hygiene sets such as toothbrush, shower hat. Very poor body/hair set

Підсумок: єдиний плюс цього помешкання — гарна локація. На жаль, сервіс, чистота, комунікація персоналу та умови проживання повністю зіпсували враження від перебування.
