We didn’t like the bed, it was to hard and the owner wasn’t really honest on prices.

Friendly staff and always at your service if you need some help. Very beautiful guesthouse and most of the rooms has A/C.

The bed was a bit hard

The VIP rooms and the Triple Rooms with River View are actually the same ones (and some rooms do not have any river view). in booking.com, they put 10 rooms in each category but there are only about 17 rooms altogether. I booked 10 VIP and 5 triple rooms but since they are actually the same rooms so they gave me just standard double and twin rooms for the 5 triple rooms and agreed to charge only $10 for them. About half of the beds are uncomfortable. We had a little backache the next day.

Loved the very quiet location right on the Mekong River. Air conditioning was nice to have (if you like it!). The bed and pillow were also very comfortable. Gardens are lovely.

The room was quite run down with a large crack in the wall of bedroom. The bathroom was not overly clean and the lid of the toilet cistern was held together with electrician's tape. Basically, repairs/maintenance are required. I had read fantastic reviews for this guest house, not realising there were different room options/prices to choose from. Obviously I was in the budget end of the guest house and the more expensive rooms are much better maintained with river views. Unless you are travelling within a strict budget, it may be worth paying more for the rooms with a view.
