AUExcellent locale in Little India, adjoins the back of Pinang Peranakan Mansion tourist attraction! (which you can enter via the restaurant back door during business hours). Quiet for sleeping during the night. Atmospheric room with heritage furniture, comfy beds, functional bathroom, and good air conditioning. Free nibbles and some bottled water (no minibar charge). Good value for money overall.
While your mileage may vary, our check-in experience was terrible. This is more like a homestay not a hotel - there are three nice suites above a restaurant - however, there is no staffing & the restaurant is closed except for in the evenings. No one met us at our requested and pre-disclosed checkin time and we hadn't been given any emailed WhatsApp checkin instructions. So we couldn't get in for about an hour after arrival, despite arriving at the appointed time!? (If you book thru Air b n b there might be a smoother process.) The owners were helpful however after these initial checkin problems. Make sure to get their WhatsApp details before arrival!

NLPrachtig ingericht en kennelijk gelieerd aan een van de mooiste musea van Georgetown (Peranakan Mansion).
Uitchecken met bagageopslag wat rommelig. Zou daar de volgende keer de dag van tevoren even naar vragen (kennelijk was er niemand tot elf uur dus we hebben gebeld om dat te regelen).
