"Very nice place in the Mountains; perfect Location for Wellness and fine dining...!"

Super nice, quite location in the middle of the nature; perfect at the plateau to the mountains. very nice wellness area and a supberb Breakfast and Dinner Experience.

Service could be optimized; they moved our whole breakfast away as we have beed grabbning some additional food from the buffet...! Receiption Staff did some mistakes at the payment processing (forgot to charge one room). Bus ride tickets hate to be exchanged by the guests instead of directly providing valid tickets by the receiption, when grabbing the cablecar tickets...

Breakfast was awesome. One of the best I have ever had. Loved the mineral water running through the taps, too. The spa treatments were also very good.

The only thing that was a damper was the fact that I expected, since I had reserved on booking.com with American Express, to be able to settle the balance that way, and I had to scramble to find another means of payment at checkout. The coordination between the property and booking.com needs to be improved, so it is clear what is acceptable settlement possibilities before booking.

great breakfast, wide variety of choices, staff is absolutely fantastic. A brand new ski lift taking you to ski area Carezza (cabin with rooftop) is just across the road.

"It’s the most memorable stay of my life."

The resort is so exceptional with its great views, delicious food, and well-equipped facilities.

The resort did not have air conditioning, which kept the room humid and hot from time to time.

"World-class spa"

Fabulous spa, especially the Saunameister Luca. His shows were the highlights. Location is spectacular. Room very spacious, staff kind. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice and good quality.

The gourmet creations in the evening menu didn’t always live up to expectations or match our taste. Not a huge problem, as you could get full with the salad and dessert buffet alone.
