The dinner! It was not good , not varied and taking long time.

Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful view on the mountains. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Really nice playroom for the kids. Super cosy and beautiful spa facilities, and in general all the facilities in the hotel are very modern and well maintained. Funicular 50 meters away from the hotel. Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

Small drawbacks for a family with small kids: -The way from the room to the reception/breakfast was a bit complicated when with a stroller - dinner starts at 7 which is already a bit late when with small kids, but because it's a multiple courses a la cart, it was stretched for 1.5 hours, which in the end was stressful with a tired baby. One of the staff was super accommodating and suggested a quicker routine for the next day, which worked very well. But the day after when the stuff was different at dinner, even though they got instructions about a quicker routine, still dinner was stretched till 1.5 hours, which ended in stress again. So on the one hand the whole dinner experience is really good, but would be great to have a flexibility in terms of time.

The best views I have ever seen from a hotel. Fabulous spa facilities. The natural outdoor pool was stunning. The 5 course menu was perfect every night! Lovely wine.
