We stayed at UrbanStay Incheon Chinatown for 2 nights and our experience was spot on. We arrived at destination quite late in the evening since it was our first day in South Korea. The customer support promptly replied to our questions and they were very welcoming and helped us with the car registration for the parking which is free in the building. Our room was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The mattress was really comfortable and overall it was very quiet at night. Also the shower was very spacious in relation to the size of the room which was a nice surprise. Definitely an accomodation I would recommend 100%

Zimmer war groß und neu

Keine Rezeption, alle Mails nur in koreanisch, sehr schwierig überhaupt ins Hotel reinzukommen, zudem steht ein anderer Name drauf. Rezeption null Service! Haben uns nicht einmal ein Taxi rufen wollen!! Das ganze Licht Stromnetz im Zimmer sind nur über unverständliche Panels bedienbar so dass wir das Licht in den 2 Badezimmern nicht anbekamen, viele Steckdosen ohne Strom. Betten sind hart, im Kinderzimmer nur Futon. Lage noch etwas mehr als 2km vom Chinatown. Nix interessantes in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur Industriegebiet und Baustellen. Kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten!!
