"Fabulous secluded getaway"

We loved the secluded location - just off the main road and close to Matakana but you’d never know it was there! The waterfall is beautiful - sitting outside with the sound of the water and the cicadas is special. This is a very foodie area - don’t miss food and drinks at the Sawmill Brewery or the best ice cream ever at Charlie’s gelato.

"Exceptional"

Being able to disconnect from busy life in a private little sanctuary overlooking a waterfall, the sound of birds and cicadas in our ears, native trees swaying in the wind. It's our all-time favorite spot.

That we had to go home!
