Huone oli siisti ja sisäänkirjautuminen selkeä. Meillä oli parkkipaikka varattuna lukitulla takapihalla edullisesti. Yhteinen suihku- ja wc-tila oli siisti. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilennykseen oli tarpeellinen.

Alue oli vähän syrjässä ja epämääräinen ja illalla pimeässä siellä kävellessä oli vähän turvaton olo. Remontin äänet aivan majoituksen vieressä herättivät kello 7.
