1. The host responds quickly on WhatsApp 2. I appreciate that they let me change the date of arrival.

1. Very unflexible. You cannot leave your luggage after check-out. This is making me mad. 2. I am one person coming so they give me one pillow. But I booked a double room which can acoomendate two pillow. That means I deserve one more pillow. Since no staff is at the location, i cannot request anything. 3. They do not provide any shampoos / shower gels. Imagine if we are arriving late, there is no chance to buy it from the stores. 4. no kitchen, no reception desk.
