Proximity to our destination

Had problems with our door upon returning from dinner. Staff couldn’t get a key card to work in our door including the master card. Desk finally called a manager in. While we waited we laid on the couches in lobby. We were tired after a day of traveling. They finally got the door open. I left to get ice. Key card did not work upon returning. Luckily My husband was in room to let me in. Next morning we struggled to get the door open from inside the room. I went to front desk to complain again. They offered to change our room. We were frustrated and we just decided to go home instead of staying second night. Desk told us they would not charge for the second night, which was booked directly with hotel and give us 50,000 points for the previous nights problems. They only gave us 15,000 points. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again. We were in town for our granddaughters 3rd birthday.

The room was lovely and modern, the indoor pool and hot tub were a very nice plus and the coffee in the morning was delicious.

I wish I could live there!

Location, friendly staff and cleanliness

The vents in the bathroom ms were filthy and moldy. Eggs were over cooked and only one choice of fruit.

I booked through booking.com and paid in advance. Once I got to the property my credit card was run again. I thought it was for incidentals. I told the clerk I had already paid. Later I find out I was charged at the hotel for my stay. I have messaged the property with no response. May be out $179!

The main desk man was exceptional upon arrival. I booked through booking.com and he couldnt find us in system. So he had another gentelman come out and help get us in the system and set up in our rooms. Couldnt have gone any better. You have great workers!! Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. The rooms were very clean.

There was a softball tournament with lots of kids running up amd down the halls banging on doors and spraying water guns in halls. The parents weren't watching their kids at all

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was typical, however some sort of fruit would have been appreciated.

When you first walk in the hotel lobby was HOT as if the a/c was broken - same for the halls, there is also a very strong chlorine smell from the pool. We were unable to connect to the Wifi - even had the person at the front desk try to assist - nothing, it kept wanting a log in and if you register and log in - it kept going back to the same page asking to log in. We wanted to print our boarding pass - neither printer worked-so much for the advertised business center. The pool /hot tub area - too strong smell of chlorine - we were only able to stay about 20 min, needs major update - rust and chipped tiles, bulging at the walls. There was a large softball team there that made noise until 2:30 a.m., kids running up and down the hallways so we got very little sleep. On Saturday afternoon they took over the lobby area to hang out. When we said something to the front desk he said there was a wedding party staying at the hotel like it was no big deal and then offered us something from the market there. The shower spray was weak - and the spray had gaps and the head was not adjustable - so it took forever to rinse my hair. The sofa in the room is like sitting on concrete. We were very disappointed and will not return to this hotel.
