The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. They called the room after check in to see if we were comfortable

Clean and workers were very nice.

Myself and wifes eyes were burning in the hot tub as I believe the PH and Alkalinity were way off. We had no hot water to take showers with so we were not clean. Also the microwave did not operate and we intended on using it to heat up out dinners. So we that was not a happy moment either.

Not happy with continental breakfast at any hotel, eggs and muffins were horrible

I complained about the people in the room over my room, stomping and keeping up a lot of noise, I complained to the office staff and was told "to bad, so sad" and that they weren't allowed to talk to them about the noise complaint.

The room was updated and very clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The smart tv worked great and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.

Upon entering, the chlorine smell was incredibly overwhelming. During the night, the fire alarm went on and off multiple times, waking us from sleep, just to go go off by the time we got to the door. We were never told what was going on during the night and were not offered any explanation upon checking out

Breakfast was awesome, pool very nice, room great

It was convenient to my family. The pool was amazing and so was the hot tub

Good breakfast: quiche, waffles, bagels, yogurt etc

shower door seal was ripped and water leaked all over bathroom floor.....refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold overnight and the breakfast was cold..and we tried eating around 8 so it wasn't end of breakfast.....told front desk and all they said was "sorry".......below standards for sure

breakfast and the front desks response when I notified them the hot food on the breakfast bar was cold ..leaking water all over our bathroom floor..warm drinks in the morning due to an inoperable mini fridge
