Stay was great, caretaker was polite and helpful.

Food delivery is a bit hard to order due to location.

Cleanliness, hygiene and food

The property is well maintained and fairly new it seemed. 3 geysers

no amenities, such as a microwave oven, room heater, they have a built-in kitchen with the 2-bhk, however there are no basic utensils kept (such as plates, spoons etc) every time we had to call the care-taker. No tea-coffee sachets, although they gave an electric kettle. In breakfast you get bare minimum options although the south Indian dishes the care takers wife cooks were delicious. In short no value for money. Except for the view you get.

Nice location

I took single room, which was not as expected. No privacy. Ground floor , all vehicles park just in-front the room door .

The breakfast was very good homemade food great tea Mr.Sukumaran was very nice and helpful gave us a very nice experience he opened the gate every time we came even very late at night.

The bathrooms miss showers but that's the only complaint i have

Not comfortable as the Bedrooms were too close to each other. There are no Heaters in the Room. There are no Fans(either ceiling or Pedestrial) There’s no Washing Machine.Drying if you stay

The structure from outside is good and it is outside the city

The amenities are very basic. The rooms are equipped to the bare minimum. No chair. No table to put the suitcase or bags. The bathroom mirror is the tiniest that is available. The staff is not very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is also counted and provided. There is no flexibility in the time for breakfast even of an hour. The electricity system got burnt early morning. The towels are dirty and you get one between two people. The blankets are old and torn with big holes. Over hyped place
