breakfast was ok.extra poories were charged which I felt was not acceptable considering the rent charged.despite shortcomings Mr.sugumar single handedly manages things well

when you let out first floor and second floor separately to different families you need to create a sound proof system.noise from first floor was too disturbing to us staying in second floor.we had to request people staying in first floor to reduce the decibels the next day. Also enough bath towels need to be provided when guest nos are more and need that every day. bed sheets need to be changed daily

Excellent breakfast. The caretaker Mr. Sukumar was very courteous.

Nothing only the kid of the Care taker

Bathroom was not clean at all there was a weird smell. We have to asked for the tissue papers in every room service even leftover glasses were as it is after the room cleaning no water bottle provided bedsheets were not clean. Moreover, I have stayed there for the 3 Nights so every day we has same breakfast Dosa even we have asked to make something new but still they have prepared the same thing, they just give you the limited food even not asked again if we need anything else or not and Care taker not able to understand the English and Hindi language.

Caretaker was very helpful and gave us home food as we had stomach problem eating out.

Nice comfy stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Highlight is the caretaker family who took care as their own family . My kid wanted very selective cuisine & they managed to get it perfect. The love of serving made the difference . Caretakers determine the review of a facility for sure ! Thanks

Family bedroom is just next to parking. Car park is front of room . We didn’t go for full Appartment but for family room. Full Appartment’s are better choice than where we stayed
