FRL'hostel est très bien situé dans Auckland, il est possible de faire la plupart des activités à pied. La récupération des clés est autonome, c'est pratique.
Il n'était pas précisé que la chambre que j'avais réservé n'avait pas de fenêtre. La cuisine et les espaces communs n'en n'ont pas plus non plus.

USI liked that it was within walking distance to many touristy spots of downtown. I liked that the bathrooms were cleaned everyday and the maintenance staff seemed to be doing their job well.
The elevators are very slow and seem risky to take. There were not clear instructions on how to retrieve the key upon arrival. No staff to help explain. Bed was springy. Some showers did not have a place to put your soap. The rooms without windows run pretty warm. A bit of a claustrophobic room.
NZI loved the cleanliness of the space and the central location.
