Le studio avec mezzanine ( ce n est pas 1 loft) est commode pour des personnes jeunes et petites. Je ne mesure qu 1m60 et dans la chambre en mezzanine, j étais tout le temps courbée. Le propriétaire a essayé de tirer partie de chaque recoin même très exiguë ( cuisine.sale de bain. Toilette incomode) Pour moi, impossible d y séjourner plus d 1 nuit en dépannage. Quant au parking gratuit, il s agit tout simplement de trouver 1 place libre sans risque de PV dans la rue !!!.

This apartment was fantastic! Getting there involves a lot of stairs, but it's absolutely worth it to walk into this big, well-appointed, clean apartment. Lots of useful furniture, towels, coffee pods, etc. The location was just wonderful too - right in the heart of Modena, but noise never kept us awake on the top floor. It's true that you have to stoop when you're up in the sleeping list; just be mindful. Otherwise the place feels very spacious. We didn't use the kitchen except for coffee, but we did greatly appreciate the washing machine and big drying rack! Great instructions from the host, whom we did not meet but did not need after checkin. Finally, for anyone who stays here, lunch downstairs at Trattoria Aldina is a must.

The mattress was a little bit too soft/bouncy.

L’appartamento è vicino a tutto praticamente , pulito e anche se ci sono le scale sa soggiorno alla stanza da letto, non fanno rumore ☺️

The location in Modena. Food market across the street and coffee bars very close were perfect for breakfast. We slept well with the windows opened - silence all night!

After we got in touch, our car was registered immediately to access the city center and park there. But that does not mean that there is a parking in the same street.street.finaly we found a parking 2 blocks away. Unterstandable for a location like that, but It would be good to know in advance. Over all the communication with the owner or his representative was perfect an very friendly!

Fantastic location right next to the Albinelli market. 2 minutes from the square. In the evening you had the noise of the restaurants and in the morning, the bakery preparing bread and pasta. Might not be for everyone but oh felt you were in the middle of it all.

La posizione è ottima, il loft molto curato e pulito

Unico neo l"altezza del soppalco è piuttosto ridotta. Talvolta dallo scarico della cucina proveniva un odore sgradevole, probabilmente legato alle tubature
