The view and location was good.

The place was infested with cockroaches. The door handle/hinge was broken in one bedroom, which posed a safety risk. Both toilet seats were broken/loose. The plaster was peeling off of the wall in another bedroom. The dustbin was broken.

Quite and spaces accommodating my entire family. The manager is very polite, and calling overtime to establish is all in order. The place is well situated near shops and beach. Thank you

When we arrived at the property, we immediately got a foul smell and thought it was the sea air, Secondly we requested a cot and was not provided with one as we have a toddler and baby, we immediately notified the host of the unstable table and was advised it would be removed for our kids safety which was not Met, the bedding on the beds was not fresh as when we got to bed my husband found hair in the bed, the bedding is worn down and did not smell fresh either, we also notified the host of the main bedrooms toilet light that was not in working order, and this to has not been seen to we've spent close to R6000 for our stay it was very unpleasant, the couches is not the cleanest either, for what we've paid we've received better for much cheaper elsewhere, nothing personal towards the host, but not the best place to go to when you've got 4 kids to keep entertained during the stay, the kitchenware is extremely overused, my family refused to even eat a egg from the pans. The curtain rail fell off the wall twice as it wasn't secured into the wall properly either.my husband wasn't to happy that I did not inform the host about this but we've paid and just stayed out our days, my family couldn't wait to get home unfortunately 😢 apologies for being brutally honest, we are now extremely skeptical to book through booking.com again

I liked the apartment and furniture. It was a beautiful property.

I didn't like the fact that I had to struggle to get in the property because I first had to find the keys to open the gate and the apartment. I wish there was someone to hand me over the keys and take me to the apartment. I didn't like that the apartments were so close to each other because one of our neighbours kept looking and peaking through our window.
