It's close to the beach and the shop It's also a lovely Beach and table mountain view.

The apartment didn't have a kittle , it's was not working, when we want to make tea when have to use a pot to boil water.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is excellent. The apartment is very nice.

Parking is a problem for visitors. The kettle was not working. The washing drying rack is broken

The handover of the keys. It would have been nice to have been met and welcomed on our arrival.

Structure is still in good shape and security and location

The door on the balcony when we opened it fell down. luckily no glass was broken. We called Burger to bring in handyman but he had none. He asked us to try fix it, which I did. But I was expecting him to come give us courtesy visit the next day which he did not. We were scared to open the door going forward. We expected to have cleaners on daily basis but they said there is none we clean ourselves. We wanted someone to change towels for us at least and they did not change them either. It was cold at night kids wanted more blankets, they had none. We asked for them, they did not have. The place structurally is nice but the guy in charge if he was more courteous in terms of attending to our complaints it could have been much better. I don’t want to lie, I can still rebook the place but after ensuring that the above issues are addressed. thanks
