Very serene and beautiful place. Staff is very friendly and the dogs are the sweetest.

Our room was lovely and clean. The staff were accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The hike was really hard but so lovely.

There wasn't breakfast offered even if it was at a cost. However, thanks for the coffee, milk and sugar. Thanks for the fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Location was good for me as it is close to school. I also loved the welcome gift pack - sudoku, puzzles and the nuts. The shower room was good - toilet and shower, just please put holder for bathing detergent in the shower

I am not sure about how clean the floor was, and it I forgot my slippers it means I walk around in my shoes. Maybe is the type of tile. There wasn't shower gel and would appreciate an addition of shower cap. I think I ate one old/ expired chocolate - please give chocolate in a box that shows expiry date because those chocolate may have been there for a long time and if expired one can die from poison and it will be traced to your facility. Please lower the cost of breakage as your amount that is equal the room fee defeats the purpose of one securing an affordable facility in the first place.

The venue is wonderful! We stayed in the Blesbok room and loved that it was spacious, clean and modern. It is well-equipped with everything we needed, including wood, matches and Blitz for the braai, clean dishes, crossword and Sudoku books, clean dishes, and lovely welcome snacks. The property is also very secure and is close to petrol garages, activities and restaurants.

Our room, Blesbok, did not have a parking next to the room, so we had to park by reception. Also, the bathroom does not have a window or extraction fan, so the room felt damp after showering.

The mountain hike and location.

The room did not have windows. Only the door could be used for ventilation.

Very comfortable, scenic views, quiet and peaceful. Staff were great. Good security. Swimming pool was nice.
