It was just normal

The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help and make us comfortable, The room was very comfortable . I loved the little special gift that was put on the bed for our arrival.

The kitchenette is not really practical for self catering and we found it easier to go out for food to places nearby. Unfortunately the place was flooded with water draining from the mountain. They need to look into making some drain away. Even the staff room was flooded and as much as she tried to clear the water it continued to flow into the rroom, wetting the carpet and personal belongings. We felt sad for her.

Absolutely no privacy,bedrooms only separated by glass door,not suitable for adults sharing.

The hike was incredible

The self-catering, was not really sufficient

Such a great experience. A lovely location and incredibly well equipped for self catering. I cannot recommend this place enough for groups or families looking for a little getaway. We will definitely be back!

The area. It's quiet and peaceful.

The room where I was staying - Duiker. It's beautiful but no ventilation, in the bathroom, no windows or air-con. So it becomes stuffy.
