Premium Apartments Peschiera

Very close to the beach/lake and town centre. Beautiful views. Staff extremely helpful and provided information on local area. Within the property there were plenty of utensils and crockery to ensure it was a home from home. The balcony provided a comfortable outside space and, because it's on two sides of the property, allowed seating in the sun and shade. A pleasant apartment which I'd happily return to.

I, personally, would've liked an electric kettle but the stove top one was fine and boiled quickly.

Apartment floor was not cleaned. Full of hair. We have to go to shop for cleaning towels and detergent to clean the floor. In the kitchen was washing machine full of water which smell very bad. The knives was not sharped and there was no cutting plate. This appartment is stuck at 1990.

Beds very uncomfortable. Agent office not easy to find when collecting keys.Which is a very far from apartment. Taxi needed with luggage

The actual name of the apartment “Premium Apartments “is not noted anywhere & no one knew the name of them , they are down as the Cappuccini apartments! The key collection was terrible I had two emails the morning of our arrival saying “key delivery “when in fact we had to pick it up , it was not clear that we had to travel to another location to get it which cost €20 in a taxi , it was very stressful with the language barrier also , There was a charge for the sun beds by the pool these really should be included it would make it more welcoming than seeing them all chained up ! There should be a reception where keys can be picked up or they should be delivered, the day of departure someone can come & check the apartment but they can’t come on the day of arrival??? This would make it easier after travelling from Ireland!

The location is good: it is safe and quiet, especially for families. The 2 pools were clean and it is close to the lake and some cafes and restaurants. The essentials were in the flat and it was relatively clean. The double room was comfortable and the balcony very pleasant.

Having to collect the keys from an agency that is nowhere near the property is not practical. The agents seem to have no sense of urgency, knowing I had a taxi waiting outside. It took over 15 minutes to pay the deposit and receive some papers that could have been left at the property. The check out was swift but the agent seemed sourly and looking for a problem, even though we cleaned more than expected. The deposit was returned but 2 days later I received a rude message from the agent accusing us of breaking something in the bridge and demanding payment. The fridge was in perfect order and clean when we left and the agent checked it thoroughly, even passing a hand on the shelves to check they were clean. I reminded them that there are not been any issues at the check-out and if it was now broken, it was their doing, not ours. The second bedroom was claustrophobic with 3 single beds and barely any room to get in. The living room has a small 2 people sofa, the fridge, several cupboards, a dining table and 4 chairs. For 3 people it was fine but for more people it would feel cramped. The only downside to the location is that we could not find a corner shop in the area o even in the old town, a 15mns walk away.
