"The view compensates everything. Worth every euro you spend."

The view! The most important part of this apartment! Clear instructions where to pick up keys, location - close to the lake, a lot of parking place.

The pools are build for adult swimming. It was big disappointment for our kids. First day when we arrived it was closed due to falling leaves caused by strong wind. The other day it opened late. Swimming caps are mandatory and no jumping or playing with water toys is allowed. Bo shallower place for kids to stand on the bottom. For us this part was big disappointment and not what we expected.

The host took our complaint seriously and resolved the issue. After our request, we were given a quiet and pleasant apartment. The pool is wonderful, and the resort area is beautiful. We had a great time here.

At first, there was little communication or feedback while we were still at home, which slightly shook our confidence. However, communication improved significantly just before check-in, and afterward, the host was very responsive and helpful. Initially, we were given an apartment that was too noisy for us. Of course, noise tolerance is subjective, but for us, it was too much. Fortunately, the host resolved the issue, which we greatly appreciated.
