Hair in the shower, awful acoustics.

The property is very modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable

Lack of a kettle to make tea, but that’s just Italian culture, they don’t drink tea ;-) However we had Nespresso coffee machine so all good :-)

The 2nd floor apartment we stayed in is perfect for a short stay as a family of 4. Lovely thoughtful touches such as basic condiments, coffee and sugar provided on arrival so don’t need to shop immediately or buy large packets of herbs for just a couple of meals. There is a lovely bakery, gelato shop and great little supermarket on the doorstep. Was very quiet and peaceful with a short walk to shops and restaurants. Air conditioning was a life saver. Sofa bed was perfectly comfortable but the main bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. What made it perfect for us was we had to unexpectedly extend our stay and this was so easy with great communication with the host. We were able to use the washing machine and the lovely host was just so helpful. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Need to just bear in mind there is no lift if on a high floor with a lot of luggage but not a problem

Cleanliness

The cutlery, plates and mugs were only for three people even though the apartment is for four people

Nice app, very comfortable. Good communication with owner.

A bit far from city centre.
