"Decent rooms for short stays! Free car parking space."

The property is well-maintained. Free car parking space was provided. Good location - very close to Peace Memorial Park, not far from other attractions. Quick communication with host. Free Wi-Fi.

The first room we got assigned was really smelly and poorly furnished, air con didn't work either, but host swapped the room once we messaged (happy with the outcome). The rooms are very small, so may not be suitable for long stays.

"Not very comfortable"

It was close to Peace Memorial park. Good smart TV.

It was worned out. There is a glass coffee table in the middle (hazard and not enough room around). The bathroom floor had a few bulges (water infiltration). The mattresses were very hard, you could feel the springs popping out.

"Excellent location near bus stop and short walks to main areas."

It's all self serviced so be prepared to not have a staff there. We had no problems with this though. It was run so efficiently. The location was great and walking distance from the bus stop. Anything under 30-40 minutes for us, we walked so it's hard to say for others who aren't as fit or willing to walk.

I'm assuming you can't leave luggage there to store, but there are always lockers at stations so it didn't bother us.
