Rather basic accommodation, nice views, good food and helpful staff Breakfast was very tasty ( an omelette and a plate of fruit)

Our tent looked as if the refurbishment was not completed with unfinished walls and zips not closing. We also practically had only one socket we could use.

The location on top of a hill with the view on the lake is just fantastic! Surrounded in nature, a lot of different birds and plants. Here you can feel calm and relaxed. They have a very good chef who cooks delicious continental food!!

Sometimes there was no hot water to take a shower, but when it’s really hot, that doesn’t matter.

Excellent location, overlooking Lake Kivu. You're probably about 30-minute walk from the town centre....but the hotel itself will feed you well. They have a wonderful menu. There are four chalets in total, and even a place for a large bonfire at night. You can bring out food and drinks and talk all night. The tents are a wonderful experience - and are well equipped. The staff are so nice and helpful....it's like they know exactly what their guests need and want.

Very original and convenient tents where you have everything you need, including hot water and a living room! :) We really liked the idea of their construction and location on a hill. Amazing view and fantastic staff! Very friendly, tactful-they made us feel like home. :) Delicious breakfast (the Spanish omelet rocks!). You can enjoy the wildlife and observe local people's habits from several terraces. Fantastic location and experience. Thank you, we would definitely stay again! :)

Shower curtains would be a nice add-on.

Great location with views over the lake. You can see both sunrise and sunset from the place. The tents are very spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return

Great views, hot water, food was really good, staff were helpful. It’s still new so I think will be running really well soon.

There is no direct access to the lake but for many people that won’t be a problem.
