The staff was very attentive. The tents and restaurants have a nice view, and the location is out of Kibuye town enough to not be bothered so much by the party music. They don't have WiFi but were so nice to give me a hotspot during the night. They cleaned my shoes while i was out, such a nice gesture. The food was made to order, also excellent vegetarian
It depends a bit what you like, there'll be someone opening and closing your windows, the staff will regularly check whether you'd like food / drinks (no prices listed until the end, a meal is about 11-12 USD), etc. so you have less privacy, BUT you will have all you need, so depends on your travel style more than anything. The tents are directly at a road, if you're a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. But it's not that bad.

Superb service and warm welcome. Every employee is very nice, and the coffee and breakfast provided here are fresh and delicious. The view is also great, overlooking Lake Kivu.
